Who Is Listed On The Database?
This database aims to broaden rather than limit the range of consultancy options available to clients. The choice as to suitability to a particular client’s need rests with the client. The diversity in the database listings may foster greater awareness of options available and specialist areas of expertise.
The Database of Disability Consultants – Nothing About Us Without Us has been designed to provide a marketing opportunity for those consultants often made ineligible for other databases due to criteria based on formal qualifications. This database aims to make available the expertise gained by people with disability who have practice in consulting, training, information provision, policy development, disability awareness, guest speaking, life experience and leadership. “Consultant ” is used in its broad sense.
