3. Must Have Experience or Qualifications
- While a formal qualification is not necessarily required for a listing, experience is.
- The experience people offer in support of their expertise, should relate to the provision of their particular disability consultancy service/s.
- The consultants’ Profile allows people to list previous clients – prospective clients may, as part of their selection process, contact these clients and will be responsible for any ‘quality’ checks or other engagement requirements.
- Consultants will have a range of experience – these are all valuable in their own ways and enrich the choice available to client organisations.
- ‘Quality’ is part of the selection process for client organisations. The database offers options only. It is assumed that the issues of quality and other client requirements will be dealt with through the business engagement process (brief, proposal, selection and contract) between the client and particular consultant.
