Process for a Listing in the Database Of Disability Consultants – nothing about us without us.

• Read the General Information and
• Information For Consultants
• Fill out the Application Form.
• Submit the Application.
• This can be submitted electronically on the website.
• If applicants don’t have access to the internet, a hard copy can be posted c/ DISTSS.
• Completed applications, including the signed or ‘checked’ declaration that the applicant meets each of the Database Criteria, will be receipted with a “login” code.
• Use the login code to submit your Profile to the Database of Disability Consultants – Nothing About Us Without Us site.
• Update your entry as required, using your login code.
