Where Is Information Coming From & How Will It Be Used?
Consultants listed on the database provide information in the Application For A Database Listing form and Profile.  Information submitted by consultants is the only source of information used by the database.
 
The information provided is displayed on the database:

• In the database search functions/results
• In each Consultant’s Profile

The Application for a Database Listing requires consultants to sign or ‘check’ a declaration stating the information they provide is true and correct.
